Information on product and service warranties

1. Legal framework This notice is provided in accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021 on certain aspects concerning contracts for the sale of goods (transposing Directive (EU) 2019/771), and applicable rules on services supplied to consumers. 2. Legal warranty of conformity (goods) The seller is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and becoming apparent within 2 (two) years from that date, unless the law provides otherwise. Special rules apply to goods with digital elements under GEO no. 140/2021. 3. Consumer remedies In case of lack of conformity, the consumer is entitled, as applicable, to repair or replacement, a proportionate price reduction, or termination of the contract, under GEO no. 140/2021. 4. Services Purchased services (including repair labour) are provided with professional diligence as offered. Any non-conformity may be reported within the applicable legal time limits. 5. Commercial warranty (if granted) In addition to the legal warranty, some products may include a commercial warranty from the manufacturer or seller. Its terms are communicated with the product or on the product page / invoice / certificate. 6. How to file a complaint Please contact us with your identity and contact details, order/invoice number, and a description of the issue (photos/videos if possible).
