Categories of personal data processed A. If you are a customer of the website, SC EUROVENDING SRL processes personal data such as: first and last name; phone number; email address; billing address; delivery address; data on how you use the website (e.g. behaviour / preferences / habits on the site); and any other categories of data you provide directly when creating a user account, placing an order through the website, or otherwise as a result of using the website. If you create an account using Facebook or Google, the following public profile data displayed by those applications may be processed: username, email address. If you create a user account only before completing an order, your email address will be requested and an account will be created automatically. If you do not complete the order, the email address and other data provided will not be stored by SC EUROVENDING SRL and the account will be deleted automatically. B. If you are a visitor, SC EUROVENDING SRL processes data you provide: directly when using the website (e.g. contact / questions / complaints forms); and indirectly, such as: IP address, browser, browsing duration, search history, operating system, language and pages viewed, full URLs, click sequences to, through and from our website, products viewed / searched, time spent on pages, interaction data (scroll, clicks, mouseovers), and user behaviour data. 2. If you are a customer of www.eurovending.ro, SC EUROVENDING SRL processes your data: — to perform the contractual relationship (receiving, validating, shipping and invoicing orders, order status updates, returns, etc.). Legal basis: the contract with SC EUROVENDING SRL as set out in the Terms and Conditions at www.eurovending.ro/termeni-conditii. Providing the data is necessary; refusal may make it impossible to perform the contract. — to comply with legal obligations arising from services provided via www.eurovending.ro, including tax and archiving obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation. Providing the data is necessary. — for marketing (email, SMS) about products and services offered by SC EUROVENDING SRL via www.eurovending.ro. Legal basis: your consent, if given (at account creation or later in account settings). You may unsubscribe via each message or from your account. Consent is voluntary. — for analyses and reports on how www.eurovending.ro works and for preference profiles, mainly to improve the website experience. Legal basis: the legitimate interest of SC EUROVENDING SRL. Providing data is voluntary. B. If you are a visitor of www.eurovending.ro, SC EUROVENDING SRL processes your data: — for marketing (email, SMS) about products and services offered via the website. Legal basis: consent (e.g. newsletter form). Unsubscribe via each message. Voluntary. — to handle complaints and to monitor traffic and improve the website experience. Legal basis: the legitimate interest of SC EUROVENDING SRL in ensuring proper operation and continuously improving visitor experience. Providing data is voluntary. 3. Retention period SC EUROVENDING SRL processes your data for as long as necessary for the purposes above. For customers, data are processed throughout the contractual relationship and thereafter as required by law (e.g. accounting documents — generally 10 years from the end of the financial year in which they were drawn up). Deleting your user account is also treated as unsubscribing from commercial communications of www.eurovending.ro. Account deletion does not automatically erase all personal data; you may exercise the rights in section 6. If an active order exists, deletion may be registered after delivery / completion of the last active order. Withdrawing marketing consent stops processing for that purpose, without affecting processing based on consent given before withdrawal. 4.
